Apartamento Atlantico

The newly renovated and modern furnished apartment is part of a very well maintained, small apartment complex in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment "Atlantico" is located on the first floor and has two sunny balconies.

The apartment is entered through a small corridor from which all rooms of the apartment are accessible. In the hallway itself there is a built-in wardrobe which can be used as cloakroom and storage space.

To the left is the large living-dining room. Thanks to the panoramic sliding window, through which you have access to the east-facing balcony overlooking the private garden of the complex, the room is flooded with sunlight. The living room is equipped with a new sofa bed, which offers a fully equipped bed for another adult, as well as a TV cabinet, satellite TV and a dining area.

Next to the living room is the kitchen with a practical pass-through directly to the dining area in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob with extractor hood, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a Nescafe coffee maker. Here you can spend cosy cooking evenings.

The bright bathroom with WC and shower is also equipped with a washing machine and a small closet.

The tastefully decorated bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. With its second balcony facing west, this is an ideal retreat to enjoy the peace and quiet. There are sunbeams until late in the evening.

The apartment complex is located below the Taoro Park which means in the middle of Puerto de la Cruz. No car is necessary for daily needs, as the city centre with its supermarkets, restaurants, medical centres etc. is within 5 minutes walking distance - but parking spaces are also available if desired. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes walk away. In spite of its central location, the area is nestled in a green, absolute quiet zone, so you feel like living far away from the city.
